Adam hosted Matt Baker and the BBC Countryfile team while working for the National Trust at Charlecote Park in Warwickshire.
The team had come to film work being carried out on a lowland flood meadow where Adam and the National Trust volunteers had been plug planting native wild flowers to help increase the biodiversity of the grassland.
